About EV Intelligence by QICHE

China’s electric vehicle industry is one of the most consequential industrial stories of the decade. At Qiche, I treat it as three stories at once: technology, geopolitics, and market structure. I write about all three with the depth they deserve.

There’s no shortage of China EV news. What’s harder to find is what it actually means for the road ahead, technically, commercially, and geopolitically. That’s the gap this publication exists to fill.

EV Intelligence by Qiche publishes at evintelligence.eu. Free articles and news go out daily. Subscribers receive two paid pieces each week, a Weekly Brief every Tuesday and a Tech Deep Dive every Friday. A free newsletter goes out weekly as a lighter summary of both.

The analysis is built on systematic monitoring of Chinese automotive media, regulatory filings, and industry data, processed through a proprietary 17-stage pipeline I designed over the past year. Every piece is personally written and verified against multiple authoritative sources across automotive engineering, regulatory bodies, and industry data.

For select clients, European subsidiaries of Chinese brands, fleet consultancies, and automotive PR firms, I produce exclusive intelligence work separately from the public publication.
